About

Reja received Yoga Teacher Training in 1976 at the Integral Yoga Institute and taught Yoga on Nantucket Island.

In 1998 Reja moved to Omaha and recently completed the Yoga Teacher Certification Program through the OMAHA YOGA & BODYWORK CENTER in Benson, NE.

Reja is currently a Registered Yoga Teacher [RYT200] with YOGA ALLIANCE .

Reja Joy Green is on the Board of Directors and one of the Founding Members of the Course in Miracles Society [ CIMS ], publishers of A Course in Miracles ~ Original Edition.

She wrote the forward for the recently published book by Bette Jean Cundiff entitled,

“ SACRED STEPS : A Program for Soul Progression based on Ancient Yoga and A Course in Miracles."

Reja is also the editor of the CIMS Newsletter which showcased an excerpt from Donald James Giacobbe's book: “ Christian Meditation Inspired by 'A Course in Miracles ".

What You Will Need

Please come and experience a very gentle introduction to Yoga. The atmosphere is candlelight, music and a Mindful & Loving space.

You don't need to ever have done YOGA before. The Class is modified for Beginners and will also suit those who have previously done Yoga. Students also receive a handout of all the postures to help them when they practice at home.

We are upstairs, to the right in the big room. Wear light-weight, stretchy clothing, bring a pillow and yoga mat. [I have mats and pillows for those who don't have them.] Try to leave a space of at least an hour since you had your last light meal.
